Think the lady’s name was Kate who I was seen by on Tuesday 30th of April and she was absolutely fantastic. Made me feel really comfortable and able to be open and honest. She wasn’t opinionated and down to earth. I passed out and she was so reassuring and helpful. She is a credit to Brook clinic and there needs to be more people like her working within any clinics you have. Thank you

The best experience I’ve had visiting a sexual health clinic. Staff were very lovely and informative.

Everyone so nice even from the phone all in the morning felt like they wanted to help.
Staff so friendly on arrival and leaving
Was 40 minutes late going in but very apologetic. And such lovely ladies put me at ease as was nervous
